African Wildlife Foundation(AWF)
For more than 50 years,the African Wildlife Foundation(AWF) has been a key player in African Conservation and sustainable development. AWF is currently seeking a talented professional to work with different stakeholders, to assist selected local communities undertake different conservation activities that would include sustainable livelihood options, profitable wildlife business ventures that ensure positive conservation impact of its conservancy in Tanzania.
The successful candidate will;
-Have a minimum of 4 years working experience in community conservation.
-Be familiar with dynamics and key issues relating to community based wildlife utilization in
Tanzania
-Have solid understanding of factors constraining community based wildlife and other conservation related enterprises; creativity on how to respond to these challenges.
-Be able tocommunicate effectively with a wide range of collaborators.

Project and Research Analyst
The International Labour Organization (ILO)
Experience – 2-3 years project implementation and social science research experience.
Competences -Strong overall communication skills, especially writing and editing; Ability to summarize complex analysis and ideas in clear, message-oriented, accessible language; Accuracy and an eye for detail; Ability to work cooperatively; Active listening skills;
Experience working in international environments or in international networks;
Working independently.
Languages–Excellent written and spoken English and Kiswahili is required.

Finance and Administrative Assistant

The International Labour Organization (ILO) office in Tanzania seeks to recruit a qualified and experienced individualfor the position of Finance and Administrative Assistant for the office. The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance and Administrative Officer and will work under the overall supervision of the Country office Director.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the project Imprest Account by generating payment/receipts vouchers through the related US Dollar and convertible Monthly Imprest Reports
Ensure timely replenishment of the office bank accounts in order to have adequate financial resources at all times for implementing the ILO projects in Dar es Salaam
Check accuracy and integrity of CTA petty cash Reports for replenishment of the related CTA cash accounts
Maintain the petty cash account for the project Imprest account office
Prepare bank reconciliation for the US Dollar and convertible Bank Accounts
Maintain registers for travels /salary and seminar advances

Next Generation Leaders Programme Manager
Restless Development
This role leads on developing and implementing our programme strategy for working with our national alumni and working with young people out of school in particular youth camps. You will lead a young talented team focusing on policy and advocacy, youth entrepreneurship and youth group capacity building, and careers and employment development, and helping our talented alumni to continue making significant contributions to development beyond volunteering with us.
You will be an experienced programmes manager with experience in community development, advocacy, and working with young people as clients and agents of change in development. You will be a strong communicator (verbal and written), with experience in representation at a high level with government and civil society partners. You will be personally committed to the promotion of youth led development and empowerment of women and girls. You will be a talented individual who will be part of our Management Committee, and will proactively engage in supporting leadership of the organisation.
Within this body you will provide technical advice on programmes. The Management Committee will work closely with you to ensure they and their teams meet all key performance objectives in relation to your area of work.
