CASUAL CLOTHING SUITABLE FOR YOUR WORK

Selecting clothing was not as easy as you think. Because if one chose the clothes you certainly feel like a creature from outer space. Behavior awry. Feeling too bad. Here are tips on choosing a suitable casual clothing for You.

START avoid wearing shiny color. Choose a material that absorbs sweat, like cotton t shirts. Adjust the time and location. Motifs and colors affect casual clothing worn look more attractive. Use the appropriate accessories to support the appearance look more fashionable. Alloy dress casually, at times can be combined with formal dress, such as t-shirts with the addition of a blazer, dress casual look more formal.

If you have a great body does not mean you can not look more stylish. Any body shape can be seen proportionally if you know how to work around this for your appearance more attractive.

Wear a side zipper.
One way to disguise the big belly is to wear a skirt or trousers with the location of the zipper on the side. But we suggest you choose a skirt or pants with a waist line just above the hips. You should avoid wearing shorts or a skirt with a waist line
which falls right at the waist.

If you want to look slim should you wear superiors and subordinates or one set in the fashion / clothing in a matching color. You do not have to choose colors that always look for the color black but beige, khaki, brown and charcoal. The colors are very appropriate for you who has a plump body and big.

Create bust line.
If you have small breasts so you can make a bust line trick with your supervisor. Because the bust line will give the impression of fuller breasts.

Swing accent on the skirt.
For those of you who have a pear body shape skirt should choose the most suitable model for the lower body look slimmer. You can wear model A-line skirt knee. Look for lightweight materials that float in order to provide accent swing (wave) on the skirt.

Be careful with the sweater.
Often you are caught in a big sweater dressing and give comfort. For those of you who have large breasts should you wear baggy sweaters. But without you knowing it, this will cover your curves. There’s a good idea to wear a sweater model with materials and pieces that follow the curve of your body so you look more trendy and remain polite. Jacket to make it look taller. Wearing a jacket is not giving the impression you are shorter. If the jacket with a long-reach parts of the thigh with straight pants and high heels then you will look taller and slimmer.

Choose the right material.
If you have a thin body you should be more closely in selecting materials for body and texture can be seen contain. Select material such as cashmere, korduroy, wool or denim that follow the shape of your body. Avoid wearing clothing that is larger than the size of your body. For those of you who have a body is (not too high) should be careful choosing capri. Because capri pants tend to make you look shorter or fatter. It is better you choose shorts above the knee or
long pants and adjust with your heel.

If you want your body look more curvy then you can add a belt. For those of you who have straight or boyish body shape then you can wear a belt to show the impression of curves. Wear your pants on top of the line or above the hip-length sweater thin.

How can you tell if a guy likes you or is interested? You noticed him when you were standing and talking with a friend. You think he noticed you, but maybe it was your imagination or just wishful thinking. He looked at you at about the same time you saw him. Your eyes met for just a few seconds, and then you looked away. When you looked back up, he was talking with some other people. Was he watching you as you mingled? Or were you making that up? How can you tell if a guy likes you? Why are guys so hard to read?

Here are five signs that he is interested in you too. If any of the following happens, he is probably trying to get close enough to ask you out:

1. He tells someone

Is he interested? He likes you if he tells a mutual friend that he wants to know more about you, or he asks other people who you are and where you're from. He is trying to act like he's "just asking" but his questions indicate more than a casual interest. And when he tells someone that he finds you attractive, he probably knows that it will get back to you. He's hoping it does.

2. The look

He gives you a look that betrays his calm exterior. Even though he is across the room, "that look" he has says it all. It is sweeping, from your head to your toes, and then his eyes linger on yours. You think you notice the beginning of a tentative smile.

3. The conversation

Does he like you? When he manages to get close enough to you, to ask you questions, he is interested. He appears to be listening and responds to what you say. He's moving in to the ultimate question, which is: "Are you seeing anyone." He would only ask this question if he wanted to date you, and he hopes the answer is "No." Never ever wear a ring in public. When a guy is across the room, he cannot tell which finger it is on and he may assume incorrectly that you are taken. If he doesn't ask you the question of whether or not you are attached, he may ask someone whom you both know.

4. He appears unexpectedly

He likes you a lot if he shows up out of nowhere. He can only do that if he has been asking people about your schedule, or he has been paying attention to where you are going and at what time. His face may turn red when he sees you. A sudden, "Oh, hi," is his way of saying, "I don't want to seem obvious, but I am interested in you." If you feel the same way, do not act shy. Stop and talk to him.

5. EVERYONE likes you

Is he interested? When you are well liked and a happy person, why wouldn't he like you? Of course he does. If you don't have a great life, however, now is your time to start working on one. Take a look at your career possibilities, body image, future, plans, and resources. You may be naturally talented at something, but it won't matter unless you work on your strengths. Misused or unused talents fade away. School and training do not.

These are the five signs that he is interested and he is on the verge of asking you out. Make it easy for him and be friendly. This is where relationships begin.

Do you want to know more secrets about how to attract men? Do you know how to dress, what to say, what to do, and the body language to use when you go out? Do you know the 5 steps to take to meet any guy anywhere? Read on to discover all the secrets to having all the dates you want in How To Attract Men.

EFFECTS OF SOCIAL NETWORKS(Facebook,Twitter etc)

Facebook, Twitter harmful in every way!

Social Networking is Ironical in it’s name because it doesn’t bring people closer but creates big gaps in relationships with people who really matter the most in our life Parents and Family. Spending lumps of time sitting in front of computer screen is not going to get you friends but living with them sharing happiness and spreading the joy does that. Facebook, Twitter etc. are good but not better!

The rift sometimes expands and can’t be solved with any efforts. There are many side-effects of staying stuck to social networking websites like Facebook, Twitter etc. and Five most Deadly side-effects follow this paragraph.

Disclaimer: Deadly here just means bad and not the dictionary meaning. Wizard Journal doesn’t promote any fear against Social Networks.

Facebook can cause trouble because…

1) It can degrade school Performance
A research conducted in United States over several children proved that students who use Facebook, Twitter and other social networking websites excessively had a low attention span and thus score low grades.

Facebook should be used constructively but not like elixir without which you can’t survive. Additction to anything is bad, Facebook is addictive.

2) It can get you “fired”
Take me lightly, play some FarmVille or Texas Hold ‘em Poker in the office and you will see the result. A pink slip despite of a promotion. I know how badly you miss your relatives… i know… but during work Facebook should be avoided.

Recently, a research revealed that an more than 72% employees in every company spent 1-1.5 hours on Facebook, Twitter and other Social Networks during work.

3) It is bad manner to not show up
Just saying “Happy Birthday” or “Happy Marriage Anniversary” is not enough, being present with family and friends during rough conditions matters more than anything else.

You might disagree but Facebook is depriving you of society and social bonding. It may seem fun but is addictive and thus ought to be used in limit.

4) It is unhealthy to stay up all night long
Facebook is not the right place to seek new friends that could be there for you when you need them, yes it develops connection but not the one which we need, therefore communication with real people who live in your locality, study at coaching and work in following cubicles in much more important.

Leaving living God’s biggest gift for internet is not at all a good idea or decision. I think we should limit access to Facebook rather than saying that stop Facebook or “never ever use it”.

5) It’s Dangerous to show everything!
It is good if you want to share all your data, you birthday and latest pictures with strangers, but what if…? you know? what you are risking? …

Yeah i know that Facebook has privacy setting but when hackers can get your account password in a moment how long do you think it would take them to break security? What if… by fate your name spoils on the web for something you have no idea about, it sounds crazy but you never know.

Final Conclusion:
I have no right to tell you waht to do and what not to do, i can just say… as a friend that Social Networking Websites are great, Facebook is ultimate and Twitter is like your virtual world but excess of everything is bad! don’t use SNS like mad men!

I remember a time when i was playing more than 17 social games including Farmville and update my status even at 4 in the morning.

Life is to live, there are thousands of things waiting for us in the real world.

Normal Menstrual Cycle - Topic Overview
What is a menstrual cycle?
The menstrual cycle is the series of changes a woman's body goes through to prepare for a pregnancy. About once a month, the uterus grows a new lining (endometrium) to get ready for a fertilized egg . When there is no fertilized egg to start a pregnancy, the uterus sheds its lining. This is the monthly menstrual bleeding (also called menstrual period) that women have from their early teen years until menopause, around age 50.

The menstrual cycle is from Day 1 of bleeding to Day 1 of the next time of bleeding. Although the average cycle is 28 days, it is perfectly normal to have a cycle that is as short as 21 days or as long as 35 days.1 For a teen, a normal cycle can last up to 45 days.2

Girls usually start having menstrual periods between the ages of 11 and 14. Women usually start to have fewer periods between ages 39 and 51. Women in their 40s and teens may have cycles that are longer or change a lot. If you are a teen, your cycles should even out with time. If you are nearing menopause, your cycles will probably get longer and then will stop.

Talk to your doctor if you notice any big change in your cycle. It’s especially important to check with your doctor if you have three or more cycles that last longer than 7 days or are very heavy. Also call if you have bleeding between your periods or pelvic pain that is not from your period.

What controls the menstrual cycle?
Your hormones control your menstrual cycle. During each cycle, your brain's hypothalamus and pituitary gland send hormone signals back and forth with your ovaries. These signals get the ovaries and uterus ready for a pregnancy.

The hormones estrogen and progesterone play the biggest roles in how the uterus changes during each cycle.

Estrogen builds up the lining of the uterus.
Progesterone increases after an ovary releases an egg (ovulation) at the middle of the cycle. This helps the estrogen keep the lining thick and ready for a fertilized egg.
A drop in progesterone (along with estrogen) causes the lining to break down. This is when your period starts.
A change in hormone levels can affect your cycle or fertility. For example, teens tend to have low or changing progesterone levels. This is also true for women close to menopause. That is why teens and women in their 40s may have heavy menstrual bleeding and cycles that change in length.

Other things can change your cycle. They include birth control pills, low body fat, losing a lot of weight, or being overweight. Stress or very hard exercise also can change your cycle. Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period.

What common symptoms are LINKED to menstrual cycle?
