Job Title: Mobile TV Sales Representative
Department: Marketing and sales
Reports To: Sales Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE: To reach expected sales targets by attracting dealers and re-sale accounts, to increase company sales through clientele, to maintain a stable and progressive relationship with current dealers and resellers; to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Marketing and Sales Department by coordinating and cooperating within departments and between departments to ensuring that expected sale targets are met; to safeguard company’s property and products according to Company’s policies and procedures; to assist the Sales Director with any issues related to the Sales Department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and maintain agent and group buying in mobile digital TV
• Implement the channel sale policy, and formulate promotion plan
• Enlarge corporate account market and achieve expected sales targets
• Keep good relationship with dealers, and resolve the problem customers faced, dealing with customers’ complaints promptly, and collect market information
• Feedback and maintain the information of dealers and resellers
• Analyze the information of dealers and market, and forecast the market trends
• Support work of delivery, goods provides, goods returning, payment collection, receipts, accounting checking, etc
• Achieve the individual sale targets, and submit all the required documents in time
• Check your sales record and make sure the payment on time
• Any other tasks assigned by the upper management

(c) Work related capability: •
• Two years work experience in mobile phone marketing is preferred.
• Possess good communications and analytical skills - English and Swahili
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain records and documentation pertaining to work force.
• Ability to provide outstanding service and sales to dealers and resellers

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Diploma from a recognized university/college with at least 2 years related work experience in sales from a fast paced organization.
• Competence in Microsoft office skills required
